We are a small team with one shared belief: you should never have to guess what your stuff is worth. We build the tool we always wished we had.
Founder and CEO
Anurodh started his career far from software. He trained as a civil engineer and worked on large multipurpose water resources projects, the kind of work where you plan decades ahead and every choice is weighed by cost, risk, and future value. He carries a background from IIT Kharagpur, one of India's top engineering institutes, and later spent time at Disney. That early habit, always asking “what will this be worth years from now”, became the seed of Predictye. Today he leads the company and built the first version of the platform himself.
Anurodh went on to earn his MS in Business Analytics from Kent State University, and that is where the idea took real shape. The program pushed him to turn messy, real-world data into clear decisions, which is exactly what Predictye does for everyday people. He now lives in Indiana and spends his days making the product sharper, faster, and easier for anyone to use.
Co-founder and Chief Operating Officer
Max keeps Predictye running day to day. As COO, he turns big ideas into real plans, sets priorities, and makes sure the team ships on time. He co-presents the company and is often the steady hand behind how things actually get done, the person who takes a rough goal and builds the steps to reach it.
Max earned his BS in Business Analytics from Kent State University. That grounding in data and decision-making shapes how he runs operations. He does not guess at what is working, he measures it, then acts. It is the same mindset Predictye gives its users, applied to the business itself.
Co-founder and Head of Growth
Gaurav leads growth. His job is to help more people discover Predictye and understand why it matters, which is the hardest and most important challenge any young product faces. He owns the channels, partnerships, and content that bring the right people to the platform, and he keeps a close eye on what actually moves the needle.
Gaurav earned his MS in Business Analytics from Kent State University, in the same class as Anurodh. That shared training is part of why the team clicks. They speak the same language of data, and they hold each other to the same high bar.
Three of us studied Business Analytics at Kent State University, so it shaped how this company thinks. Kent State's MS in Business Analytics is a STEM-designated program run through the Ambassador Crawford College of Business and Entrepreneurship. The training is hands-on and built around real data: data analysis, data mining, and a capstone project where students solve an actual business problem. The college is also among the fewer than 1% of business schools in the world to earn dual AACSB accreditation, a mark of quality most programs never reach.
