No part of the Service may be reproduced, distributed, or used to train a third-party model without our prior written permission, except as permitted under applicable law (such as fair use) or as expressly authorized through a Predictye API or embeddable widget we make available.

Predictye respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the Service to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), 17 U.S.C. § 512, we have designated an agent to receive notifications of claimed copyright infringement. Our designated agent is registered with the U.S. Copyright Office's DMCA Designated Agent Directory.

How to submit a notice of claimed infringement

If you believe that content on predictye.com infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent above that includes, to the extent required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3):

• A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner;
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
• Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to let us locate it on the Service (such as a URL);
• Your contact information, including address, telephone number, and email address;
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Counter-notification

If you believe material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our designated agent containing the information required under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3).
